Evy Vannoy

Major: International Affairs
Minor: Religion
Concentration: Conflict Resolution

Evy was born in Phoenix, Arizona but moved to Antalya, Turkey as a newborn, where she spent her time swimming in the Mediterranean and eating copious amounts of baklava. Consequently, she is interested in Turkish-US relations and regional conflicts in the Middle East, as well as how religion affects culture and policy. In her free time, Evy is an avid fan of all types of art, having spent most of her life as a ballet dancer. Her favorite things at GW are Roti, the 6th floor of Duques, and SIR of course. You can usually find her at the Kennedy Center, at a concert, or sitting in patches of sunlight procrastinating by attempting to paint with watercolors.
